Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide all‐rounded secretarial support and personal assistant to the CEO
- Manage schedules and travel arrangements of the CEO
- Assist with administrative support, including scheduling meetings, filing and retrieving documents, organising departmental functions, preparing presentation materials, drafting emails and letters, preparing meeting agenda and minutes, etc.
- Maintain good communication with both internal and external parties on personal and business‐related matters
- Responsible for compiling and managing correspondences
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for investment opportunities, including performing fundamental analysis
- Provide comprehensive financial and investment advice
- Identify and recommend the high profitable segments
- Monitor and review investment portfolios
- Handle any ad‐hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- University degree with over 5 years of solid secretarial and administrative experience
- Good multi‐tasking and time management skills
- Native English speaking and writing ability; and good command of Chinese
- Mature, proactive, tactful, independent, reliable, detail‐oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent organizational, communications, interpersonal and liaison skills
- Proficiency in MS Office application
- Strong investment knowledge is preferable
