About the role
This role involves providing comprehensive support to family members, with a focus on 80% personal matters and 20% business-related tasks, including household oversight, appointment coordination and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee household operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time;
- Provide secretarial assistance to the Director, such as managing schedules, and coordinating meetings;
- Handle vehicle-related administration, including keeping car licenses and documentation current and accurate;
- Arrange medical appointments and other engagements, aligning them with the Director’s schedule and ensuring clear communication;
- Support household purchasing and procurement;
- Handle any other ad hoc work tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Fluency in spoken English and Chinese, paired with strong communication and organizational abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
