About the role

This role involves providing comprehensive support to family members, with a focus on 80% personal matters and 20% business-related tasks, including household oversight, appointment coordination and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee household operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time;
  • Provide secretarial assistance to the Director, such as managing schedules, and coordinating meetings;
  • Handle vehicle-related administration, including keeping car licenses and documentation current and accurate;
  • Arrange medical appointments and other engagements, aligning them with the Director’s schedule and ensuring clear communication;
  • Support household purchasing and procurement;
  • Handle any other ad hoc work tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Fluency in spoken English and Chinese, paired with strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
