Job Duty :
- Provide personal assistance to CEO
- Manage staff responsible for office administration and HR function
- Assist in project management under CEO initiatives
- Manage business development ppts and agreements
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
- Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Prior experience in hospital, medical service, insurance company.
- English proficiency is a must
- Mandarin speaking will be an asset.
