HMG is a pioneer in Medical Concierge servicing insurance companies for over 10 years. Our current medical revenue is over 150 m and servicing over 650,000 individual policies. 
 

Job Duty :

  • Provide personal assistance to CEO
  • Manage staff responsible for office administration and HR function
  • Assist in project management under CEO initiatives
  • Manage business development ppts and agreements

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
  • Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Prior experience in hospital, medical service, insurance company.
  • English proficiency is a must
  • Mandarin speaking will be an asset.
