What You Will Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
• Generating and sending quotations to customers.
• Conducting after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the sales team to support pricing and customer follow-up activities.
• Working closely with the sales team to derive and design logistics solutions for customers.
• Coordinating with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with quality systems.
• Providing regular reporting and key performance indicators (KPLs) to management.
   

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or pharma logistics.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a growth mindset.
• Next-level attention to detail
• Ability to understand key operational processes, and risk management concepts
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training on compliance and product knowledge.
• Knowledge of medical and life sciences is a plus.
