What You Will Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
- Generating and sending quotations to customers.
- Conducting after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the sales team to support pricing and customer follow-up activities.
- Working closely with the sales team to derive and design logistics solutions for customers.
- Coordinating with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with quality systems.
- Providing regular reporting and key performance indicators (KPLs) to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or pharma logistics.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a growth mindset.
- Next-level attention to detail
- Ability to understand key operational processes, and risk management concepts
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training on compliance and product knowledge.
- Knowledge of medical and life sciences is a plus.
