Job Description

What is required and what we’re looking for 

Ability to teach across Years 1 to 6, assist the Head of PE in developing the PE curriculum, work with class teachers in integrating PE & Health topics, and coach two or three sport ECAs.

Essential:

  • Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) in Primary Education 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Primary Physical Education
  • Excellent English speaker with sound written and oral communication skills 
  • Experience in working collaboratively with a team
  • Culturally sensitive, tolerant and patient
  • Positive work ethic and proactive 

Desirable

  • Experience teaching in an international context
  • Experience of conceptual enquiry
