Job Description
Responsibilities:
*Prepare purchase orders; manage and update purchasing documents and records
*Provide regular reports with analysis for existing procurement activities
*Vendor selection and management, pricing and contract negotiation, etc.
*Source new suppliers and find new sourcing opportunities.
*Administrate purchasing documents and records
*Follow up sales document as required
*Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
* University graduates ; 2 years or more of experience is preferable.
* At least 1 year relevant experiences in order processing and purchasing administration
* Good communication skills.
* Good command of PC and MS office knowledge
* Able to work under pressure with multi-tasking skill
