Job Highlight:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Product Development Manager join our Revenue Team at New Media Group. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging our existing media products and spearheading the development of new media products to propel business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to promote and drive the utilization of our APP/Data/Performance products for advertisers, to drive revenue growth
- Explore any possibility of creating new or innovative selling packages for the product in charge of enhancing revenue
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform relevant product development strategies
- Develop and execute product roadmaps incorporating market positioning, product USP, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for successful product launches
- Prepare marketing collaterals for sales purposes and regular reports to keep track of the effectiveness and usage of media products to meet KPI
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate on product strategies and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, sales, and tech to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience (5 years or above) in product development, marketing or a relevant role in the media industry
- Strong understanding of the media landscape, including digital platforms, social media, content creation, and advertising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Creative and versatile, with the ability to identify innovative business opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of CRM and design software a plus
