We are inviting applications for the following position from people with a passion to inspire and nurture young people:

Responsibilities:

The Program Officer with JA HK will be responsible for the quality delivery of JA programs which includes the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with schools and teachers, and manage student recruitment
  • Prepare program materials
  • Assist in program activities and workshops
  • Consolidate records and reports and provide administrative support
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years of working experience
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) – both written & oral
  • Detail-oriented with good organisation skills
  • A team player with good interpersonal, problem solving, and project management skills
  • Good IT application skills
  • Willing to work on Saturdays for program events (with compensatory leave)
