Program Service Coordinator (Toys and Hardlines)

What you’ll learn & achieve:

• Work with and report on data, spreadsheets and status of client work being done with different UL laboratories.
• Perform UL and client systems data entry and extraction.
• Communicate with laboratory staff on test projects to ensure proper job management. 
• Perform data and submission monitoring, tracking, and scheduling.
• Coordinate and compile client deliverables.

What makes you a great fit:

• Diploma or equivalent in Science or related discipline
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime
• Initiative, well-organized with excellent communication skills
• Effective computer and communication skills in English, written, and verbal.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Cert holder of HKDSE and Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Immediately available is highly preferred
