Job Description
This position reports to Senior Manager, Hong Kong Programme. S/he is part of the Hong Kong Programme Team. This role offers you the chance to grow your career while working with an organization that is dedicated to creating positive change.
Responsibilities:
- 📊 Grant Proposal Analysis: Conduct due diligence, research and analysis, review and coordinate proposals with applicants and support in proposal writing.
- 🎯 Performance Monitoring: Track and review grant partner's performance and progress, ensuring quality execution and compliance with OHK policies and procedures.
- 🤝Rapport Building: Serve as the contact point for existing partner. Identify potential grant partners and make recommendations to OHK.
- 📣 Impact Storytelling: Identify and communicate the impact stories of grant projects, contributing to the development of case studies, success stories, and other communication materials.
- 🌐 Stakeholder Engagement: Arrange for stakeholder engagement activities to support fundraising efforts.
- 🔧Additional Tasks: Undertake other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- Degree holder with 3-5 years of working experience in project management (experience in grant-making is preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding social issues and local NGOs networks would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in computer literacy and applications including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
