Hong Kong Retail Management Association
Established in 1983, the Hong Kong Retail Management Association is the leading organization representing the retail industry in Hong Kong. The Association invites interested parties to apply for the following vacant post:
The Programme Officer will support the coordination of programmes. Her/ His key responsibilities are as follows:
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and coordinating the Association’s programmes.
- Liaise with clients and external parties to arrange logistics for the programmes, including managing payments.
- Consolidate statistical data and prepare analytical reports.
- Handle clients’ and external parties’ inquiries.
- Maintain and enhance the database for the programmes.
- Provide event management support as necessary.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of working experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Excel, with demonstrated expertise in advanced functions and formulas.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
