Job Description

Job Description:

  • Full range of administration support to the project team
  • Handle project administration and document coordination
  • Collect and organize the necessary records and documents from the project team
  • Work with the project team to ensure the timely update of the project documentation
  • Work with the project team to analyze and present the records in the required format
  • Ensure all documents and records are saved and maintained in accordance with the requirements
  • Report on the documentation management status to the management

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
  • Hands-on experience in project administration
  • Construction and Engineering background will be an advantage but not essential
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Self-initiative, willing to learn and able to work independently
  • Successful candidates may have the opportunity to further develop in the quantity surveying profession leading to HKIS/ RICS professional qualifications
