Project Administrator or Senior Project Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Project & Construction Department accurately, including but not limited to minutes taking, document control, material & drawing submission and procurement arrangement, etc.
• Maintain the organized filing system of all correspondences of each project
• Liaise and coordinate with internal parties, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the daily operations in an efficient manner
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as assigned
   

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in fitting out or engineering or construction industry
• Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Native proficiency in Cantonese and good command of Mandarin and English
• Well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Administrator 
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
