Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to project & maintenance team
  • Manage an effective filing system and document control system
  • Follow up the progress and payment records
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties

 Requirements:

  • Diploma in Contract Administration, accounting or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years working experience in construction company
  • Good communication skills, mature, independent, well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing
