Among all the Master’s programmes offered by the School, the MBA Programme in Finance (FMBA) stands out as a highly selective programme designed to attract highly motivated professionals in the financial and related business sectors. This part-time programme caters to the needs of working professionals in Hong Kong, mainland and the region who seek leadership development. To support the strategic development, the School is looking for an experienced Project Co-ordinator II for the FMBA Programme.
Reporting to the Executive Officer of the FMBA Programme, the appointee will be responsible for (a) assisting in all academic-related matters; (b) undertaking general administrative duties to support the Programme Office; (c) organising and providing logistical support to the student-related events and activities; and (d) performing other impromptu duties as assigned. Travelling to the Mainland China and working outside normal office hours will be required.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 2 years’ post-qualification work experience; (iii) self-motivation with a strong sense of commitment; (iv) the ability to work effectively as a good team member; (v) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and (vi) the ability to work independently. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for written test(s), as appropriate.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
