Project Coordinator, Brand & Communication (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

As a Project Coordinator in our Brand and Communication team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing the company’s strategic marketing initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaising and communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless planning and implementation of TV commercials and e-commerce related TV programmes..
• Assisting in the execution of brand campaigns by conducting content research, delivering key messages to internal and external stakeholders, and enhancing the overall brand marketing effectiveness.
• Preparing and delivering online promotions, such as eDMs, banners, and push notifications, to maximize awareness and engagement for our brand and hero products.
• Compiling reports and analyzing data to provide insights on the performance of the team's projects and market trends.
• Supporting the Brand and Communication team with daily tasks and ad-hoc projects, contributing to the overall success of the department. 
   

Requirements: 

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Communication, Marketing, or a Business-related discipline
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational abilities to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Creative mindset with a strong marketing sense to develop innovative marketing initiatives
• Proficient in both written and oral English and Chinese; experience in content creation is an advantage
• Passion for developing a career in the e-commerce, retail, or startup industry
