Project Coordinator/Draftsman

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for Maintenance aspects of A&A works, Building Services and Renovation works
• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordinating and progress monitoring of the assigned projects;
• Handle various documents for A&A Works / Renovation / Minor Works independently;
• Liaise with clients, all related government departments, internal project team, consultants, partners and contractors;
• Prepare tender documents & construction CAD drawings;
• Provide customized solutions with critical analysis;
• Update all statutory submission records and technical documents;

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD;
• Able to work independently;
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese) in both verbal and written;
• Candidates who are immediate available is highly preferred.
