PROJECT COORDINATOR

Requirements:

• High Diploma / Certificate in Building Studies, Interior Design or Architecture
• 2-3 years’ practical site management experience in interior fit-out / renovation works
• Knowledge in quality control, E & M / Fit-out interfacing works
• Capable of preparing shop drawings by AutoCAD
• Capable of executing site works as directed
• Responsible for high-end retail fit-out/maintenance projects
• Taking and preparation of maintenance photo record
• Hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
