• A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least 5-7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in leading large-scale or community-centered projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to define project goals and execute strategic plans.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders, partners, and the team.
