MediConcepts Limited is a medical device contract manufacturer with design and development capabilities and manufacturing facilities in Shenzhen. Our main areas of manufacturing include plastic injection molding, metal work assembly, and PCBA installation and assembly. Responsibilities: -

• Develop project and detailed schedule plan according to new product launch to the market, continuously monitor and manage the project
• Responsible for reasonable arrangement of all product projects, including schedule management, cost control, quality control, and risk management
• Resolve various abnormal situations during the project implementation, and feedback the progress of key nodes to the product design team, responsible for organizing various key points and trial production follow-up in the project process

Requirements: -

• Diploma or above, with science or engineering or related disciplines is an advantage
• Experiences in New Product Introduction (NPI), especially medical devices design & development is preferrable
• The ability to work with multiple discipline projects
• Excellent project management and supervision skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Frequent travel between HK and Shenzhen
• 5.5 days with alternate Saturday

職責：
 

• 根據新產品推向市場，制定專案和詳細進度計劃，對專案進行持續監控和管理
• 負責所有產品專案的合理安排，包括進度管理、成本控制、品質控制和風險管理
• 解決專案實施過程中的各種異常情況，並將關鍵節點的進度反饋回產品設計團隊，負責組織專案進程中的各個重要點以及試產跟進

要求：

• 文憑或以上學歷，科學、工程或相關學科優先考慮
• 有新產品推出（NPI）的經驗，尤其是醫療設備設計和開發的經驗者優先
• 具備處理多學科項目的能力
• 具備卓越的項目管理和監督技能
• 具備優秀的組織、時間管理、領導和決策能力
• 具備出色的書面和口頭溝通能力
• 流利的英語、普通話和廣東話
• 需頻繁往返於香港和深圳之間
• 每週工作5.5天，其中週六輪休
