Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To be Responsible for project management and attend project meeting
  • Supervise and control the various project tasks to ensure performance targets of projects to be achieved
  • Prepare document submission, monitor site progress and update project program and report
  • Liaise with factory, site supervisors & subcontractors for site management to coordinate materials handling, storage and distribution

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
  • 2-years or above work experience in new installation of lift & escalator, or relevant working experience in engineering , construction or building services field
  • Self-motivated , independent, good time management , good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
