Job Description
Duties and requirements:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Proficiency in MDT, USMT, Golden image setup/fine tune and other migration tools.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
- Conduct regular project status meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and make necessary adjustments.
- Review of progress against deployment/rollout schedule and open issues.
- Review achievement against milestones.
- Have experience related to Windows 11 Enterprise or Windows 10 Enterprise and M365 Apps for Enterprise or MS Office deployment and upgrades for Enterprise with more than 1,000 PCs.
- Provide on-site support including but not limited to installation, configuration and customisation on servers and client PC.
- shall have technical knowledge and be familiar with the following technologies:
- a. Windows 11 Enterprise and M365 Apps for Enterprise
- b. MS Windows PC platform in version 10 or later
- c. Basic networking knowledge, including LAN, WAN and proxy setting
- e. MS System Centre Configuration Manager
10. Good problem solver.
11. Good command of English and Chinese.
