Project Management Controller

Job Duties:

1. Review and approve project plans, identify risks and funding issues
2. Oversee all phases of decorating and building processes
3. Making sure the projects are completed on time and within scope and budget
4. Works closely with engineer team to develop plans, establish timelines
5. Analyse and monitor project cashflow, cost control and funding management

Requirements:

1. University degree holder
2. Over 10 years’ experience in related field
3. Experience in construction project management in PRC is advantageous
4. Fluency in spoken Putonghua
