Project Manager / Asst. Project Manager

EDM Construction Ltd. is an interior fitting-out contracting company. We provide high-ended interior fitting-out contracting services to Offices, Retails, Residential premises, Institutions and Hotels. Our key markets for providing our services include Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau. 

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Interior Design; Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' relevant project management experience in interior fitting-out project
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
• Mature, self-motivated and independent working
• Proficient in Auto Cad, MS Office & Project, and knowledge on 3D Max is a plus.
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager

Responsibility:

• Compile and maintain documentation including specifications, tender document, progress & cost reports, and site records.
• Responsible for execution of projects including on-site supervision, progress monitoring, quality control, and cost control, etc.
• Responsible for coordinating with sub-contractors and monitoring progress of respective projects.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and other consultants.
