Project Manager (Fire Services)

Chit Tat Electrical Engineering Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Accel Group Holdings Limited (HK Listed Company No. 1283), has been based in Hong Kong over 30 years. Our major business is to provide high-quality electrical and mechanical engineering services throughout Hong Kong, including the supply and installation of air-conditioning system, drainage system, water supply, swimming pool and fountain system, power supply and control system as well as intelligent building engineering. To cope with our expansion, we are seeking high caliber, aggressive candidate to join us for the following post:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling fire service projects including tendering, preparing material orders, arranging site activities;
• Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors on site;
• Coordination, arrange and progress monitoring for fire services  installation / maintenance works, repairing works, renovation works and A&A projects;
• Drawing and document preparation & submission to statutory department;
• Liaise with sub-contractors for timely completion of the project;
• Good problem solving skills, organizing and planning ability;
• Independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Willing to work out-of-office in various locations

Qualifications & Experience :

• Degree level education in Fire Services Engineering / Building Services or related discipline;
• Min. 6 years professional experience in consultancy, contracting or from an industry related supplier;
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional registration (preferable but not essential);
• Design experience is essential
