Job Responsibilities:

• Work independently with Operations Heads and Designer in project management execution;
• Supervise in-house Technician and outside contractors to manage repair and maintenance works;
• Liaise with Internal Departments and Operations team, etc. on aligning design and E&M matters;
• Monitor and oversee the entire process of fitting-out projects, such as preparing tender documents, collecting quotations, carrying out physical site survey, reporting any site irregularities, monitoring the performance of contractors, and coordinating with different internal and external parties to achieve an agreed scope of works and work schedule;
• Materials sourcing and purchasing;
• Prepare and consolidate necessary project documents, including forms and photo records
• Ensure quality control by working with the Factory
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Design and Build field;
• Self-discipline, self-motivated, independent with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in written & spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferable;
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator
