Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee IT development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the project plan, including defining the scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements.
  • Organize and lead project meetings to review progress, address issues, and make key decisions.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against the plan, taking corrective action as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate the efforts of the cross-functional development team, including engineers, designers, and quality assurance personnel.
  • Collaborate with the client to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and managed effectively.
  • Document project processes, decisions, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Prepare functional specifications and user requirements and communicate with the technical team for feasibility and scheduling.
  • Provide support and clear direction to the QA and Product teams to ensure quality deliverables meet business needs.
  • Control the project-related risk management process and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing IT development projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and execute project plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with vendor management.
  • Experience in Payment Gateway, CMS Systems, or Gaming projects.
