Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with IT solutions such as software development is highly desirable.
• Good in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
