Job Description

In the project management team, you will be working in a dynamic and fast changing environment that requires interactive and interesting ideas. You shall possess creative mindsets and enjoy any challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project planning, execution, and completion
• Establish, develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with team members to optimize project delivery
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments.
• Requirement collection, project planning, scheduling, vendor management, SIT, UAT and launch planning.
• Prepare training material and provide end user training.
• Prepare documentations including but not limit to functional design requirements, project plan, schedule, test plan, rollout plan, etc
• Lead & control the project related risk management process & ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Requirements

• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in project management (candidates with less qualifications may considered as Project coordinator)
• Good knowledge of Office / G-Suite applications
• Proven experience as a project manager or relevant role, with proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent in relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Excellent in creating and delivering presentations tailored to the target audience
• Understanding of marketing and creative industry is a plus
• Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related studies is a plus
