Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide case assessment, counselling and referral for distressed youth
  • Plan and implement supportive groups and activities
  • Connect with stakeholders in the community, schools and NGOs to promote multi-disciplinary collaboration and intervention
  • Design and implement activities or youth-led programs for promoting youth mental health
  • Manage administrative, financial and human resources matters related to services
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Working location: Lai Chi Kok

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work 
  • Registered Social Worker
  • At least 3 years of experience in social work and mental health related work are an advantage
  • Proactive, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
  • A team player with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
