Project Officer / Senior Project Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the organization of various youth activities and programs, cultivating positive character development in young people
• Liaise with local, mainland, and overseas government agencies and relevant partner organizations to promote collaborative relationships and project implementation
• Maintain close contact with various service providers and partners, coordinate and support the implementation of internal and external activities and projects
• Responsible for writing the content of project plan and promotional materials
• Handle and execute other tasks assigned by superiors
• Willingness to travel abroad for activities as needed

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above; background in public relations, event management, communications, marketing or related fields
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience, with preference for those with non-profit organization or overseas collaboration experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Passion for youth work, love of teamwork, and enthusiasm for serving the community
• Good organizational, execution, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Office software
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the  Project Officer position
