Job description:
- Act as the first contact person of the representative from landlord.
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
- Supervising and coordinating building maintenance and work orders.
- Responsible for developing and managing budgets for property operations and optimizing financial performance.
- Closely monitor the performance of the management agent in terms of security, cleansing and carpark management by fulfilling company standard.
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards. Cooperate with Health and Safety team by attending regular meeting and conduct site inspection with monthly reporting.
- Work closely with internal parties for effective and efficient day to day operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred; equivalent work experience in property management will be considered.
- Holder of Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1 licence) is a must with membership of professional property management qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH).
- Proven experience in property management with at least 5 years in supervisor level.
- Experience in managing property management company is highly preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to comply with operational policies and procedures, codes, and regulations.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent Chinese & English.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
