- Create and manage staff schedules,
- Conduct incoming material inspection,
- In-process QC checks for production lines,
- Collect Inprocess samples, create reports on test results, both internal and external, generate COA’s,
- Trend and analyze test results to identify patterns or issues,
- Develop and update QC SOPs, conduct staff training,
- Conduct quality investigations in collaboration with the quality team,
- Ensuring all laboratory & line equipment are calibrated, in repair, and consumables are replenished.
- Produce KPI and statistics reports for management performance review.
