Quality Control for MiC (COW – T3)

Minimum Qualifications:

AP’s Stream

1. Higher certificate or higher diploma in civil/ structural/ geotechnical engineering, building studies, building surveying or architectural studies with minimum 5 years’ working experience; or
2. Degree in civil/ structural/ geotechnical engineering, building studies, building surveying or architectural studies with minimum 2 years’ working experience; or
3. Passed specified top-up courses*

*Passed specified top-up courses:-

1. Construction Supervision (I) or (II) with 5 years relevant working experience within the previous 8 years and at least 1 year local site experience; or
2. Specialist Works (Demolition) or Specialist Works (Foundation) or Specialist Works (Site Formation & Slope Repairs) with 8 years relevant working experience within the previous 11 years and at least 1 year local site experience; or
3. Introduction to Specialist Works or Administration and Management with 12 years relevant working experience within the previous 15 years and at least 1 year local site experience.

General Note:

• [Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
• The tentative commencement date of employment will be in April 2025.
• The tentative employment period will be 9 months.
• Inspection locations will be in various MiC factories in Guangdong Province of Mainland China.
