Quality Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspection of in-house production lines, responsible for product approval at pre-production stage to ensure product safety and quality. Well keep and manage product samples for future reference
• Inspect incoming raw materials, components, packaging materials, etc. to ensure they meet the company's quality standards
• Conduct product and process audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Follow up on results
• Organize and prepare for product testing and tool calibration, both internally and externally
• Analyze quality data and produce reports for management regularly. Maintain records, documentation, and archives according to company policies and regulatory

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Science, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• 3 - 5 years of proven experience in quality control. Ideally in plastic ware.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Also, with knowledge of ISO system and documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments
• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills.
