Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the certification documentations up to date and system improvement for the company QMS/EHMS system.
• Conduct process audits, internal audits, and external audits to ensure processes and items are in compliance with applicable quality assurance and industry standards, company, customer, supplier, government and regular requirements (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
• Analyze and identify trends in various quality, process, customer, supplier, and other related data; recommends corrective action or improvement plans when necessary.
• Handle customer enquiries, customer complaints and quality issues in operations.
• Administer quality systems, technical support, improvements and other applicable quality tools as appropriate, e.g., root cause analysis, sampling plans, Pareto analysis, statistical process control, etc.
• Perform quality improvement projects in line with local, regional, or global initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Quality or related discipline.
• With 3 years relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge in ESD, Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety System.
• Familiar with root cause analysis, 5 whys analysis, fishbone diagram and 8D report methodology.
• Experience of 5S/Kaizen event, process value stream mapping analysis, and mistake proofing. Six Sigma experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin skills.
• Good PC skills (e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint). SAP experience preferred.
• 5.5 days work (alternate Saturday off).
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
