Quality Review Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement quality assurance policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 25010:2023 / GuoBiao (GB) ) / HK government standards and meeting Project Assurance Team (PAT) and Project Steering Committee (PSC)’s requirements;
• Establish quality requirements and integrate quality assurance processes throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC);
• Review and analyze project documentation, including user specification, technical specifications, test plans/results and intended functionalities of the IT Project to ensure their conformance to the requirements endorsed by user;
• Report progress and follow up issues with all related parties, suggest solutions and resolve difficulties throughout the project;
• Review the hardware and software procurement specifications;
• Provide professional and expertise advice for acceptance of deliverables and recommendations;
• Identify any non-compliance with standards and give recommendations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or IT related disciplines; With PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus;
• At least 8 years of IT experience, at least 4 years of experience in IT project quality review assurance service; Knowledge in ISO/IEC 25010:2023 / GuoBiao (GB) / HK government standards would be an advantage;
• Experience in communication with government bodies / units would be an advantage;
• High proficiency in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an added advantage);
• Applicant with less experience will be considered as Quality Review Analyst.
