Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity surveying duties;
• Responsible for project budgeting and cost control;
• Measurement of works in progress, valuation of variations, prepare final accounts;
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and related parties with regards to contractual matters.
• Prepare payment applications and evaluate subcontractors' payment applications;
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the QS Manager / Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications;
• Minimum 2-8 years QS experience;
• Be adaptable, independent and able to work as a team player;
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Façade experience would be an advantage;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant QS;
