R&D Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Engineer to join our dynamic team specializing in electro-plating equipment. If you are passionate about innovation, have a strong technical background, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Create or Transform ideas and concepts from our consultants into detailed and accurate design drawings.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers from customer-side teams in Mainland China to ensure seamless project execution.

Design Testing:  Identifying, testing, and troubleshooting metallization processes for PCB panels, substrates, and other semiconductor components.

Project Management: Oversee R&D projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Provide weekly progress reports to the R&D consultant.

Travel: Be prepared to travel to Mainland China as needed to support project requirements and customer collaboration.

Qualifications:

Strong background in electro-plating equipment or related fields, with experience in R&D and design.

Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential.

Preferred knowledge of PCB, Substrates and Semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including customer-side engineers.

Proficiency in SolidWorks is an advantage.

Willingness to travel to Mainland China or overseas occasionally.

Experience in overseeing R&D projects and delivering regular updates to stakeholders.
