Job Description

Responsibilities:
 

  • Perform general reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls with professional and pleasant manner;
  • Handle daily administrative/ clerical correspondences and courier;
  • Maintain meeting rooms schedule;
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned  by Account and  Administration Department.

Requirements:
 

  • Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
  • Good MS Office application skills such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word processing;
  • Mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
