Description

  • Provide general administrative support, including office & pantry supplies, equipment maintenance, data entry, expenses claim, petty cash, documents filing, etc.
  • Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls and enquiries, greeting guests, managing couriers and mails
  • Arrange travel booking, meeting booking, visa renewal, event coordination, etc.
  • Maintain tidiness of office, guest seating and conference room area
  • Outdoor work is required when necessary
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Willing to learn and take up responsibility
  • Be punctual
  • Must be systematic, detail-oriented and result-driven with ability to multi-tasks
  • Presentable with outgoing and pleasant personality
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is preferred
