Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, mails, fax and courier at the reception desk
- Provide general office administrative work and clerical supports
- Partner with the Admin Officer to drive and work on improvement projects
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Maintain conference room booking and coordinate meeting arrangement
- Responsible for inventory checking of office supplies including office facilities, stationeries
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in reception area and meeting rooms
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organization skills and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently
- Immediately availability is preferred
