Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, mails, fax and courier at the reception desk
  • Provide general office administrative work and clerical supports
  • Partner with the Admin Officer to drive and work on improvement projects
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Maintain conference room booking and coordinate meeting arrangement
  • Responsible for inventory checking of office supplies including office facilities, stationeries
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in reception area and meeting rooms

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organization skills and good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently
  • Immediately availability is preferred
