Job Description
Duties:
- Serve a permanent position to a leading staff services company in Hong Kong;
- Handle reception duties including incoming call handling, visitor escort, mail and courier management;
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing and document validation.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma with at least 1 year's working experience; fresh graduates with friendly work attitude may also be considered;
- Familiar with MS Office and Chinese data-entry is preferred.
- Good command of written English. Fluent Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage.
