Resident Assistant Clerk of Works (RACOW)

地盤助理工程監督

Minimum Qualifications:

(a) Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications;

(b) 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience;

(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)/ Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent;

(d) Certificate or above in occupational safety and health or in construction safety.

General Note:

• [ Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth ]
• The tentative commencement date of employment will be in April 2025.
• The tentative employment period will be 24 months.

1. 必須持有建造業議會／香港建造學院／香港理工學院／香港理工大學／香港科技學院／香港工業學院／香港專業教育學院頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書，或具備同等或以上學歷；

2. 並在取得有關資格後，具有三年相關的工作經驗；

3. 在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科達到第二級*或以上成績或同等學歷;

4. 持有職業安全健康或建築安全的證書或以上學歷。

備註：

• [ 註* 2007 年以前的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程㇠)所考獲的E 級成績亦接受等同於2007 年後的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科所考獲的第二級成績。]
• 合約期暫定由二零二五年四月開始。
• 預計合約期為二十四個月。
