現為 “第二批 「簡約公屋」的設計和建設項目工程項目(合約編號: SS M520)”招聘以下駐地盤員工。駐地盤員工實際之工作地點將為小欖樂安排。

We are looking for the following experienced site staff who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work for the " Design & Construction of Light Public Housing Projects - Batch 2 (Contract No.: SS M520)” at Lok On Pai, Siu Lam:-

Resident Works Supervisor Class I (Building Services)

駐地盤一級監工(屋宇裝備)的申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格︰

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Works Supervisor Class I (Building Services) shall be as follows:

申請人持有由香港建造業議會 / 香港建造學院 / 香港理工學院 / 香港理工大學 / 香港科技學院 / 香港工業學院 / 香港專業教育學院頒發的屋宇裝備工程或電機工程或機械工程的證書或同等資格 / 工程資格；

A Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute /Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent;

具有5年屋宇裝備或電機工程或機械工程技術人員的工作經驗；或

5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in the field of Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or

成功完成一個受相關界別認可的屋宇裝備或電機工程或機械工程技術員學徒訓練；或

Successfully completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or

成功完成一個受相關界別認可的屋宇裝備或電機工程或機械工程工藝學徒訓練並具有2年熟練技工的工作經驗

Successfully completed a recognized Craft Apprenticeship with 2 years’ experience as a skilled worker in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

具備取得專業資格後3年的屋宇裝備或機電安装工程現場監督的相關工作經驗/3年在公共工程項目或於『顧問公司直接聘用駐工地人員的管理手冊』的第 4.5.2 節所列的工程項目中擔任駐地盤二級監工或同等職級的相關現場監督工作經驗

3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations / 3 years’ relevant experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations as Resident Works Supervisor II (RWSII) or equivalent in public works or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.

具有相當於香港中學三年級的中國語文及英國語文科水平

A knowledge of English and Chinese equivalent to Form 3 (before 2012)/Secondary 3 standard.

僱傭合約期暫定為15個月，由二零二五年一月開始，將根據實際工作情況而考慮續約，薪酬福利會取決於申請人的學歷及工作經驗而定。

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 15 months commencing from January 2025 tentatively with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
