Job Description

Qualifications & experience

  • Form 6 or above
  • 1 year or above relevant experience
  • Less experience will also be considered
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Well-organized, able to work independently
  • Work Life Balance/ No OT culture
  • Immediately available is preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Support daily sales operations, including the preparation of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, sales report etc.
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and the RMA process.
  • Maintain inventory records and the filing system.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties for logistic arrangement (domestic/overseas) and procurement and handle customs declarations (Tradelink).
  • Perform general administrative support.
  • Assist to prepare project costing, reconcile income, review and ensure proper cost control for project accounts.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
