JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• To handle the general administrative tasks for the department
• Assists the sales team in preparation of the purchase order, sales order, sales reports and logistics arrangement etc.
• To handle the general customer enquiries;
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
• Form 7 or above;
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience; fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Good telephone manner and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, independent and well organized;
• Proactive, customer-oriented and good problem solving skills;
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
