Qualifications & experience

• Higher Diploma or above
• Proficiency in Cantonese, an advantage for proficient Putonghua and English
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and strong mindset to drive results and achieve KPI target
• Customer Oriented, attentive, well-organized & aggressive

Tasks & responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationship
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting clients, and responding to customer inquires
• Promote products and brands for customers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet their needs
• Identifying and sourcing talent for a variety of roles
• Acquire, maintain and update markets, products and services knowledgeto ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients
• Providing feedback on competitions, products and market conditions
