What you’ll be doing?

Based in Kai Tak, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to accomplish sales targets
• Digital & Social Media Marketing
• Sales & Marketing Strategic Planning & Implementation
• Customer Relationship Management and Retention
• Sales & Business Growth
• Implementation marketing and promotion activities on online & offline channel
• Conduct marketing research into customer needs, market trends and competitor activities
• Liaise and support branch centres
• Drafting weekly sales statistical reports.
• Provide sales & marketing ideas and advice to the Management Team
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Who are we looking for?

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing or related disciplines
• With minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing
• Experience in Education industry is highly preferred
• Creative, passionate, proactive, can-do attitude and team player
• Strong interpersonal, communication and multitasking skills
• Self-disciplined, energetic, accountable, organized, detail-minded and focused on results
• Strong understanding in social media and content marketing platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Wechat, Xiaohongshu, Tiktok etc.)
• Proficient in FB, IG, Xiaohongshu, Tiktok etc. operation
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese processing
• Knowledge of ChatGPT, Canva, and video editing skills are preferred.
