Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Officer will assist the GM in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. This role is essential for expanding our business in the local market and will eventually extend to China and Overseas. This role offers opportunities for professional development as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Management: Build and maintain relationships with distributors and B2B clients to enhance sales and brand visibility, contributing directly to revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate on sales strategies, analyze sales data, and implement promotional activities.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the sales and marketing budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the skincare or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends.
  • Experience in sensitive skincare products is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Existing connections within the skincare or beauty industry is advantageous.
  • Experience in B2B sales and channel management.
